Tingala Classic Old Fashioned
sugar cube (or ½ teaspoon sugar)
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 dash orange bitters*
1½ teaspoons warm water
1½ oz. Rye whiskey or bourbon
¾ oz. TINGALA
Place sugar cube in old fashioned glass and saturate with the bitters. Add the plain water. Muddle until dissolved. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Add the whiskey and Tingala. *If needed to replace orange bitters, muddle an orange peel, and use it in the drink.
Garnish with an orange slice and a cocktail cherry.
