Tingala Block & Larder Cocktails
There are always delicious Tingala cocktails on the drinks list at Block & Larder, along with some of the best food in North Denver.
Try a “Ting Dulce,” featuring Tingala, Dulce Dorado honey & vanilla tequila, orange juice, and Prosecco.
You can also ask for “Say What Again, M** F**”, a rich and rustic drink that includes Tingala, Nordic rum, espresso liqueur, and red wine. Pair it with the Berkshire Pork!
“Mark It Zero, Dude” is Block & Larder’s refreshing and mouth buzzing Tingala-centric take on a classic mojito!
Another delicious bar offering is the “Mac and Dennis Make a Cocktail.” This is a balanced and complex drink that showcases the tactile tingle of Tingala, pairing it with black cherry and caraway notes of Avuá Amburana Wood Aged Cachaça. Spilanthes, the main botanical ingredient in Tingala, is a flowering plant native to Brazil. Likewise, the cachaça’s Amburana is a Brazilian wood. It has a more exotic flavor than oak. The cocktail embraces Colorado craft spirits and the flavors of jungle botanicals. Recipe from proprietor Aaron Forgy:
