Buzzed Knees

1½ oz. gin
¾ oz. TINGALA or TINGALA GOLD
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. honey syrup (directions below)
¼ oz. elderflower liqueur

Add ingredients to an ice-filled shaker and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Express a lemon peel over the surface of the drink and drop into the glass.

To make the honey syrup, combine 2 ounces honey and 1 ounce hot water in a sealed container. Shake until integrated. Let cool. Makes enough for 6 drinks.
