¾ oz. TINGALA
¾ oz. cachaça
1 oz. Passoa Brazilian passion fruit liqueur
1 oz. passion fruit juice
few drops of saline solution*
Combine first five ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake, then strain into a coupe. Top with a sprinkle of ground nutmeg.
*To make saline solution, combine 1 part salt to 4 parts water in a jar and shake until clear. Transfer to a dropper dispenser.
