Tingala Hot Toddy

Tingala Hot Toddy #1:

¾ oz. TINGALA
¾ oz. bourbon or rye whiskey
2 tsp. demerara or brown sugar
¼ oz. fresh lemon juice
4 cloves
lemon twist
4 oz. boiling water

To make: fill a 6 oz. mug with boiling water and let stand for a minute or two to warm the mug. Meanwhile stick the cloves in a lemon twist and set aside. Empty the mug and fill about halfway with boiling water. Add the sugar and stir to dissolve. Add the prepared lemon twist and stir. Add lemon juice, Tingala, and whiskey, and stir again.

Tingala Hot Toddy #2:

1 ¼ oz. TINGALA
1 Tbs. honey
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
4 oz. boiling water
cinnamon stick garnish

To make: combine Tingala, honey, and lemon juice in a warmed 6 oz. mug, top with hot water, and garnish with the cinnamon stick.
