1 3-oz. pkg. flavored gelatin mix (matched to your team color)
1 C. boiling water
½ C. cold water + ½ C. cold TINGALA GOLD or TINGALA liqueur
Equipment: medium saucepan, baking sheet, 2-ounce plastic cups
Lay out plastic cups on a baking sheet. Pour flavored dry gelatin mix into a medium mixing bowl or 2-cup liquid measuring cup. Add the boiling water to the bowl and whisk until gelatin is completely dissolved. Pour in the cold Tingala-water mixture and whisk once more to combine.
Pour into the plastic cups, filling about 3/4 full. Refrigerate the shots for 2-3 hours or until set.
TIP: Before filling, spray inside of cups with non-stick cooking for better release of the shots.
