4 oz. TINGALA
2 oz. simple syrup
3 oz. flavored gelatin
Combine Tingala, simple syrup, and 2 oz. water to make 1 cup of liquid mixture. Set aside.
Place 3 oz. flavored gelatin in a separate bowl and add 1 cup boiling water, stirring at least 2 minutes to completely dissolve. Combine with Tingala mixture. Pour 1-oz. portions into paper condiment cups or plastic shot glasses laid out on a tray.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until the shots are firm. Remove from fridge about 1 hour before serving.
